Kuehn Rhodes Set For International Competition At 2024 Curtis Cup

Kuehn and Rhodes to Compete Internationally at 2024 Curtis Cup

Talented Golfers to Represent the United States

Two of the most promising young golfers in the United States, Rachel Kuehn and Rose Zhang, have been selected to compete in the 2024 Curtis Cup. The Curtis Cup is a biennial match play competition between the United States and Great Britain and Ireland, and it is one of the most prestigious events in women's amateur golf.

Kuehn, a sophomore at Wake Forest University, is a two-time All-American and the reigning ACC Player of the Year. She has won three tournaments in her collegiate career, including the 2022 NCAA Championship. Zhang, a freshman at Stanford University, is the reigning U.S. Women's Amateur champion and a member of the United States Junior Solheim Cup team.

The 2024 Curtis Cup will be held at Merion Golf Club in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, from June 14-16. The United States has won the Curtis Cup 11 times, while Great Britain and Ireland has won eight times. The two teams tied in 2008.

What to Expect from Kuehn and Zhang

Kuehn and Zhang are both extremely talented golfers, and they are expected to be key contributors for the United States team in the 2024 Curtis Cup. Kuehn is a long hitter with a great short game, while Zhang is a very consistent player with a strong all-around game.

The United States team is always one of the favorites in the Curtis Cup, and with Kuehn and Zhang on the roster, they will be even more difficult to beat in 2024.
